BREAKER BRIEF
WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 7 TO SEPTEMBER 13, 2026 | BREAKERBRIEF.COM
Southwest Power Pool
Fourteen comment windows close this week, and nearly everything of weight lands at the far end: one SPP window on the grandfathered agreements index closes Thursday, then four Sec. 205(d) rate filings close on Monday, September 14.
The through line: Monday the 14th
The week is back-loaded. The only SPP-side window is Thursday's, on the Annual Revisions to Attachment W - Index of Grandfathered Agreements. Behind it, four Sec. 205(d) rate filings all close on Monday, September 14, in a single combined notice: revisions to modify the CHILL Policy (ER26-3591-000), revisions to Attachment AE (ER26-3593-000), revisions to establish EMT study requirements (ER26-3594-000), and revisions for affiliate designation registration (ER26-3595-000). Whatever you plan to say on any of them, this is the week to say it.
