The week is back-loaded. The only SPP-side window is Thursday's, on the Annual Revisions to Attachment W - Index of Grandfathered Agreements. Behind it, four Sec. 205(d) rate filings all close on Monday, September 14, in a single combined notice: revisions to modify the CHILL Policy (ER26-3591-000), revisions to Attachment AE (ER26-3593-000), revisions to establish EMT study requirements (ER26-3594-000), and revisions for affiliate designation registration (ER26-3595-000). Whatever you plan to say on any of them, this is the week to say it.

What moved

Three windows closed since the last edition. Comments on SPP's Detailed Project Proposal (DPP) Fee closed Wednesday, September 2, and the window on the Show Cause Order - Transmission Service to Large Load closed Tuesday, September 1. NERC's 2025-01 Canadian-Specific Revisions to EOP-012-3 closed Monday, August 31.

Tuesday, September 15: comments close on SPP's Attachment AE Revisions for the Affiliate Designation Registration Requirement.

Wednesday, September 16: ten windows close in one day: SPP's revisions to establish SPP Generating Facilities Modeling Requirements, the deficiency response on Attachment AQ for HITT T3 Phase II, NITSA filings for Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska, Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, and five deferral filings for FreeState Electric Cooperative, Kansas Power Pool, Kansas Municipal Energy Agency, and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative (two).

Beyond the filings already dated above, the newcomers include MRO's intake process for registered entity PRC-029 enforcement discretion requests, a DeepGreen Cook Inlet SPV preliminary permit application accepted for filing and soliciting comments, and a City of Sturgis, Michigan temporary variance application doing the same.
